We guarantee all our work – in the first 30 days following a website launch of a website developed by us, any faults or bug fixes are undertaken as fast as possible with no charge to you. We are available Mon-Fri 9-5.30 via phone and email.

After the 30 day grace period, the website is considered live and effective. We strongly recommend our ongoing Support Service.

Basic Support Service

Only $44 per month (minimum 12 month term).

  3. Phone support and minor adjustments that take no longer than 15 minutes*  (discounted hourly rate for work over that time)

  6. Discounted hourly rate for work over 15 minutes.
  7. Periodic database optimisation
  8. Comment spam monitoring

Advanced Support Service with SEO

Only $165 per month (minimum 12 month term).

  1. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) based on your updated content to keep your website ranking high in search engine results
  2. Keyword optimisation – your keywords tracked and changed accordingly
  3. Phone support and minor adjustments that take no longer than 45 mins* (discounted hourly rate for work over that time)

Casual Support Service

$132 per hour.

If you would like us to take care of updating your website on a casual basis only, we also provide an hourly service (charged at 30 minute intervals).

 

These services apply only to WordPress run websites.

*Major changes that take longer than the Support Service allowed timeframe are charged at our normal hourly rate OR for those major overhauls, we are happy to create an estimate. Contact us if you require an estimate.
