We guarantee all our work – in the first 30 days following a website launch, any faults or bug fixes are undertaken as fast as possible with no charge to you. We are available Mon-Fri 9-5.30 via phone and email.

After the 30 day grace period, the site is deemed to be live and effective.

Our plans

You have admin access to your website to update text, documents and images. However, you may find you do not have time to make updates yourself or the website may require a feature upgrade to implementation. The core CMS also needs updates from time to time. You can choose not to update anything but like with anything, that approach may result in a large lump sum expense down the track. Our various maintenance plans are available to to avoid that – it’s your choice of course.

Hosted Client ongoing maintenance (pay as you go)

‘Pay as you go’ maintenance work is billable at our reduced “hosted client” rate of $104.50 per hour (incl. GST). A “Hosted Client” website is one that has been created by us and web hosting is with us.

Non-hosted Client ongoing maintenance (pay as you go)

For websites not hosted with us, maintenance is charged at a “non-hosted client” rate of $120 per hour (incl. GST). We only charge per 15 minute block.

Pre-paid maintenance and support plans (pre-pay and save)

For regular updates our fixed maintenance plans (based on pre-paid “blocks” of hours) will be more economical.

If the monthly quota of maintenance hours is exceeded they will be carried over to the next month or you’ll simply just receive an invoice at the end of the month for the difference, charged at the ‘Hosted client’ hourly rate. We will contact you beforehand if this looks likely to occur.

Terms for all pre-paid plans: 12 month contract. Annual fees must be pre-paid in full.
