Privacy policy
In the course of serving my customers, Loud Mountain (Trading name of Andris Dinsbergs) receives, stores and transmits data that may be private or sensitive.
Some of these data are provided to me by my customers in order that I may provide service. Examples of these data include your business name, telephone number and credit card information (in the case of an e-commerse site development).
Loud Mountain will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Loud Mountain stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which Loud Mountain will disclose such electronic customer communications are when:
- it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer;
- it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Loud Mountain and its customers.
Other data are created and stored by Loud Mountain as I configure and maintain customers' service.
I will protect the confidentiality of my customers' information, account information and personal communications in a manner consistent with Australian law and the legitimate interests of Loud Mountain and my other customers.
Loud Mountain has appropriate physical and electronic procedures in place to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of data that are collected from customers.
Loud Mountain will not disclose its customers' personal and account data unless Loud Mountain has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Loud Mountain, Loud Mountain's customers, or others, or where Loud Mountain has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
